Membership now open and a chance to get a great deal from Cricfit!

2024 Membership is now due, use the link at the bottom of the page to sign up.

This year is different because as you pay your membership there is an option to get Cricfit membership included for an extra £50

This is just £50 for a 12 month strength & conditioning programme which should otherwise be £239.88.

Included in that strength & conditioning programme (This might vary dependent on what option you select) will be:
Warm ups
Mobility & stretching sessions
Strength & power sessions
Cardio & agility sessions
Position specific sessions & drills e.g. bowling, batting keeping
Direct contact to Sam and his team of coaches for any support

Once you opt-in, Sam will be in touch with you directly to get your set up on a programme that is right for you. Cricfit have a programme option for every cricketer from bodyweight programmes for juniors to gym based programmes.

“Sam has worked with my son Dan for many years, especially before he was more involved in the Yorkshire setup, and helped him to develop from a junior who struggled to hit the ball of the square to being a real athlete. Having a solid athletic base has also allowed Dan to bounce back quickly from an injury last year which was caused by a high bowling workload. Sam never tries to sell a miracle solution and it is impossible to full remove the risk of injury in any sport but I believe that had Dan not worked so hard with Sam prior to injury, it would have been a bigger setback in his career.”
