Mobility & stretching sessions
Strength & power sessions
Cardio & agility sessions

Once you opt-in, Sam will be in touch with you directly to get your set up on a programme that is right for you. Cricfit have a programme option for every cricketer from bodyweight programmes for juniors to gym based programmes.

Sam will be in touch shortly with more information but for now, here are some real examples of how Cricfit has helped our current crop of players.

As you can see, whether you’re a junior, parent, amateur or professional, Cricfit is making strength & conditioning accessible to everyone.

A case study from a parents point of view from our Chairman Mark Longley

“Sam has worked with my son Dan for many years, especially before he was more involved in the Yorkshire setup, and helped him to develop from a junior who struggled to hit the ball of the square to being a real athlete. Having a solid athletic base has also allowed Dan to bounce back quickly from an injury last year which was caused by a high bowling workload. Sam never tries to sell a miracle solution and it is impossible to full remove the risk of injury in any sport but I believe that had Dan not worked so hard with Sam prior to injury, it would have been a bigger setback in his career.”

A case study from an amateur players point of view - Rob Shaw - 1st XI Bowler

Rob has come all the way through the ranks to play a crucial role in us winning our first league title in 20 years.

“I was the first player at the club to work with Sam at Abbeydale Gym and have recently completed workout number 1000 on the Cricfit app. I know this doesn’t make pretty stats or insta pictures but I'm 32 and haven't played in any pain beyond the usual old man stiffness in 4 years...I was a pill popper and deep heat rubber from 24-28”

Finally, ex-professional cricketer and Sheffield Collegiate Legend, Shaaiq Choudhry.

“I’ve worked with Cricfit for a couple of years after struggling with some injuries and it’s helped me massively. I’ve made huge improvements since working with them. For anyone looking to improve performance and general health/fitness I’d definitely recommend Cricfit.”

To contact Sam directly with any questions then his email address is and number is 07508435150.
