Dorothy whips up a storm

SCCC 144 (Langdale jug avoided 49) STOCKSBRIDGE 79 (Dorothy 5-12)
Pleasant trip from Chez Langdale arrived super early(for him) 13:27. Fabulous Bank Holiday sunshine. Asked Langdale junior about his teams performance over the previous few games...you know simple stuff like "who got the runs Charlie?" " ermm I think he's called errmm you know err to be honest I don't know anyones name I just call them all mate"... tremendous just like his old man.
Waif toss lossage.

Welcome back

Sorry about recent site problems - which arose because of a disk crash and lengthy replacement time. The new disk still hasn't arrived so made temporary arrangements just in case Ian Davey is too suicidal, or is it too late?

The Most Satisfactory Loss of all Time

S.C.C.C. (96 I think for not enough wickets) Rossington (more but nobody cared because they had gone down!) A game that was really all about the first innings. As long as we deprived Rossington full points (ie had more than one wicket in the bank) we were safe. By the end of it we were and there was many a hurrah and lashings of ginger ale.
