Sheffield Utd are hosting, and organising, the inaugaral South Yorkshire 20/20 over the next few weeks.

The Club have invited 8 South Yorkshire Clubs to enter, 5 from the ECB Yorkshire Premier League, who are Sheffield Utd, Sheffield Collegiate, Barnsley, Rotherham Town and Doncaster Town, and the top 3 sides from the South Yorkshire Premier League, based on the League positions from 2007. These are Treeton, WHitley Hall and Elsecar.

All 8 teams will play a Quarter Final tie at Bawtry Road, Sheffield over the next 4 weeks, and the winners will compete in 2 Semi Finals, and the Final on the Finals Day, which has been set for Sunday 27th July, at Bawtry Road, Sheffield.

The competition includes coloured clothing, white balls, black sightscreens, music, BBQs, Beer Tents, in fact everything that you would expect for this exciting concept.

Rotherham vs Whitley Hall Thursday 26th June
Barnsley vs Treeton Thursday 3rd July
Doncaster vs Sheffield Utd Thursday 10th July
Sheffield Collegiate vs Elsecar Thursday 17th July
