New ECB directives on Fast Bowling

News that will no doubt please everyone from Collegiate captain, the junior fast bowlers themselves and members such as Jonesy, Lobber, Angry and Sealy who have had to put their bodies under constant strain for the last how many years to compensate!
It appears that the ECB have decided that after a 2 year consultation period they are changing the directives on fast bowling. Under 13s can now bowl 5 over spells with a maximum of 10 overs per day, Under 14s and 15s can bowl spells of 6 overs with a maximum of 12 overs per day and under 17s to under 19s can bowl 7 over spells with a maximum of 18 overs per day.
