Congratulations to Joe Root who is today playing for England v India at Nagpur in his test debut. We are all delighted for him and also his family. He looks to be batting at number 6.

At the recent Yorkshire & Derbyshire Annual Prize Presentation & Dinner, Collegiate players won the following awards.
Jim Lomas - Selected Captain in the Division 3 ‘Team of the Year’
Stefan Woodward - Division 5 Bowling Award and selected in the Division 5 ‘Team of the Year’
David Seal - Alan Phelan Award for Services to Cricket and the YDCL
Congratulations to all our players on their awards.

Very sadly I have to announce patron member Keith Round died Friday morning.
Keith was a MCC member and a keen supporter and spectator of Collegiate.
His funeral will be held at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium at 10.30 on Thursday 8th November
